Dr. Kimmie Campbell, D.M. - CEO/Executive Director - C0 Founder

Dr. Kimmie Campbell has over 25 years of experience in customer service and management. Known for her compassion and commitment to helping others, she has built a career centered on leadership, service, and impacting the lives of others. In addition to her professional experience, Dr. Campbell has an extensive background in coaching, training, workforce performance, human resources, and non-profit organizations.

Dr. Campbell holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from the New York Institute of Technology and a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Her diverse expertise, paired with a passion for driving positive change, makes her a valuable leader in both corporate and nonprofit spaces.

Elsie L. Wilridge is a compassionate advocate and dedicated leader, with a mission to empower individuals experiencing homelessness and disadvantage. As the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Hem Faith Community Services, she is driven by her deep faith and belief that every individual is a cherished creation of God, deserving of love, respect, and opportunity. A lifelong resident of California, Elsie’s work is rooted in the Christian values of love, compassion, and grace, which she brings to her leadership of Hem Faith.

With over 20 years of experience in customer service, team management, and administration, Elsie leverages her skills to provide support, education, and resources to those in need. She holds an Associate Degree in Psychology and an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts - Behavior Science from San Bernardino Valley College. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her educational background and practical experience equip her to lead with empathy, empowering individuals to improve their quality of life and thrive in a safe, stable environment.

Through her work, Elsie envisions a world where everyone is valued and loved, recognized for their inherent worth, regardless of their circumstances. She remains dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of others, one step at a time.

Sharon Garcia is a dedicated professional with over 40 years of experience in roles such as Executive Secretary, Program Assistant, Management and Customer Service. Her background in nonprofit work includes serving as Executive Secretary and Assistant Director for a dining program that provided meals to the elderly, demonstrating her commitment to community welfare. She is very passionate about community engagement, Sharon organizes and hosts events that bring people together and foster unity. She has been an active volunteer spending her time supporting youth and teens, offering guidance and mentorship to inspire the next generation.
